Can I get something customized? 

Absolutely, each piece is made to order and we are happy to customize any dimension, finish or design detail. Contact us to let us know what you have in mind. 

When will my item arrive?

Lead times for all items are 6-10 weeks. If you need an item sooner please contact us before ordering, we always try to accommodate such requests. 

How is my item shipped?

We offer free shipping on all our pieces. Smaller items are shipped UPS Ground. Larger items we use a freight carrier network and include free inside delivery.

Do you accept returns?

In-stock items may be returned up to 15 days after receipt. A 30% handling charge will be deducted from the original purchase price. The refund will only be processed 2-3 days after an item has been received in original condition. Made-to-order and custom pieces are build specifically for you and we can not offer any returns or refunds on these items. In rare cases of damage, we will repair or replace an item at our discretion.

Trade pricing

We offer a trade discount to the design industry. Please get in touch for more details. We will request a copy of your valid resale license or equivalent proof for eligibility. Trade discounts only apply to full price merchandise.

How do I care for my furniture?

Use coasters, hot pads and felt pads to protect the finish on your piece. Use a damp cloth to dust and dry it immediately. A mild detergent may be used for heavier cleaning. Do not use furniture polishes or waxes. It's best to control the humidity in your house and keep the piece out of direct sun light. This will greatly extend the life of your piece. 

What's your warranty?

We offer a 5 year warranty on all of our items. Dylan Design Co. does not warrant: 

  • Changes in surface finishes due to aging, wear or exposure to light
  • Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather
  • Products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper use or storage
